Noon – 1 pm EST
Year-after-year satisfied participants testify to the power of this workshop in helping them develop a spiritual action plan for the Jewish High Holidays. Through text study, personal examples, guided meditation, journaling, creative arts and partner discussion, Rabbi David leads you through a process of reviewing the past year and creating a practical plan for growth for the year ahead.
The workshop draws on wisdom from the Mussar (Ethical development) and Chassidic traditions within Judaism, and helps you articulate your own path and plan for spiritual development throughout the year.
